Inspirational Social Removal
When one
journey ends, an inspirational new experience begins.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, and, in order to protect both my on, and offline identities, my LinkedIn Account will be permanently deleted on Friday 04 July.
I would like to thank all my:
- Family.
- Friends.
- Colleagues.
across all my Social Media platforms for your continued support over the years, and wish you all the very best for your future.
Why I deleted all my Social Media Accounts
My short answer: I never want to put all my Eggs in one Basket.
My slightly more detailed answer:
Because, Baldi, Amonn AL-Mahrouq
- Values my independence.
- Wants to create my own platform.
- Believe my own platform breeds trust.
- Wants to create my own opportunities.
- Values my freedom to build the website I want to see, not limited by someone else's features.
- Values my privacy, and security.
- Don't want to be limited by constantly changing goalposts (algorithms) adversely affecting my reach and engagement.
- Don't want to limit my audience.
- Wants my Inspirational Web Site to become my "Digital Home Base" of everything I do.
- Wants to reduce opportunities for hacking and damage to my reputation.
- Don't appreciate distractions from my Life's Purpose.
- Wants to create my own rules and terms in life.
- Appreciates our entire world isn't on Social Media.
Personally, I love playing Card Games, however think that relying on Social Media is like relying on a pack of Cards. Just one thing could bring everything you've achieved crashing down. Why take that risk? Especially when you've worked so hard to build your following?
Not only does this step mark the beginning
of an
inspirational new journey in my quest to inspire as many people as possible, I also feel this move enables me to focus on:
- Keeping my, Baldi's, A.K.A Amonn AL-Mahrouq's Home on the Web looking fresh, and, up to date.
- Completing my forthcoming Books.
- Writing more Inspirational Blog Posts.
Increasing my
- Piano Practice.
- Giving more inspirational live Performances, and Speeches.
